It struck me that basically seagulls at the beach are an accurate representation of siblings: when they all get together they can't stop gabbing, you know they've got each other's backs and they fight over food. One time a flock of gulls opened up some of my tupperware to steal my homemade cookies, which might drive home the siblings analogy even more.
