Taken from aboard a boat on Lake Michigan, this interpretation of the Chicago skyline is a play on light and silhouettes of the skyscrapers at sunset. Living in a city, sometimes its hard to find colors that aren't gray, black, or steel, but the sunshine reflecting off of the sky especially during the summer lends a really soft, buttery pastel rose gold tint to the sky.
