*WHAT IS A THICK-STYLE GARLAND? Thick-style garlands use 11” balloons as a base, with 5” accent balloons and 17” and sometimes 24” balloons added for volume. Thick-style garlands are constructed using curling ribbon or 260q modeling balloons (read product description to confirm kit contents). Expect a full-sized profile that gives “main character” energy.
