Space has always been an important part of my work, thinking about both positive and negative space. There is a playfulness to this piece in the way the lines move and shapes fall and create a composition. There is "chemistry" between the lines, shape, color, and composition. It is interesting to me to think about the influence of the geometric and abstract both two-dimensionally and three-dimensionally. Space and shape play an important role in my work and I'm always pushing myself to explore new configurations.
