Horizon series is a group of landscape inspired mixed media pieces. For some reason, we are all drawn to the serenity of a vast landscape. I wanted to abstract the details and focus on the purity and depth of color found in nature. The combinations of weather and sky and land and sea are endless and invoke such a degree of emotion. I hope to capture at least some of those feelings with this series.
