I photographed this view at the end of a whirlwind day exploring Yellowstone National Park while on a road trip with my family. I was endlessly inspired by hot springs, geysers and wildlife throughout the park, but our final stop at Grand Prismatic Spring was the highlight of the trip. I was mesmerized by the faint warm glow of the sunset catching the steam coming off the pool and the reflection of light on the shallow terraces.
