Western horizon. One April evening. Planes no longer fly. The air smells like chalk. I've always looked up at the sky, like, a lot. I like the taste of clouds. They continually evolve in an incredible ballet and are a perfect expression of the beauty of impermanence. I took this shot from my balcony during the 2020 spring lockdown. Paris sky was so incredibly beautiful on those calm April evenings. Looking at it gave me a sense of freedom and stability in a chaotic time filled with uncertainty. Available in soft color tones and a striking black and white, this photography is a visual escape for any space.
