This particular print was originally a drawing in my sketchbook. I created a collage of lined paper and replicated the same look of layered lined paper of varying lengths, shapes and thicknesses until it created an optical effect. I love exploring layering in most of the artwork that I do and this particular piece plays on my love of black and white stripes with a bold, graphic striped design with extra added layers for depth.
