This piece was custom made for friend. These colors were colors that were meaningful to her, that she included throughout her house. There is a peace, a clam, yet still a quiet strength and energy with these colors. The original painting was acrylic, rose gold leaf, and oil on canvas. This piece makes me think about what it means to age gracefully, how to do it, and how to keep loving yourself through the aging process.
