This piece was created alongside another work, Birthday Party. It was a joyful time of creating and allowing feelings of celebration and festivity to take over. This piece was created using acrylic paints and graphite pencil on cardboard. I find that painting on surfaces that aren't as fancy allows me to paint looser, with a greater sense of freedom.
