My work is an exploration of shape and color in its most brutal and purest forms. The repetition of shapes and lines is an exercise used to escape from everything else around me, to draw the viewer into this space. I don't typically plan anything—everything is intuitive; I go where the art takes me. I try to embrace happy accidents, using my art as a personal lesson and take this lesson forward with me in life. This work is an exploration of shape and geometry inspired by Sol LeWitt.
