Stemming from a memorable night at the first Camp Minted - alongside the encouragement of fellow Minted artists - I embrace my signature dance move, "the worm," for one night each year. This past September, I captured the joy of this dance by whimsically reimagining Eadweard Muybridge's iconic "The Horse in Motion" as "The WORM in Motion." Enlisting the help of my supportive Minted buddy Rebecca Rueth, we transformed a random hotel hallway into our studio, capturing countless shots of me doing the worm. I was sore for weeks. Later, after hours of editing each frame, I compiled a digital collage that showcases one full worm movement. When viewed together in a GIF the frames create an endless loop. This piece embodies what people say about me: "You'll do anything for a photo!"
