This image was taken off the shore of Fire Island at dusk. I was intrigued by the juxtaposition of the soft, dusky light vs the saturated colors of the sea. I shot it in manual focus with a long exposure to give the image an ethereal look that captured the feeling of the sunrise that day. It would look really nice blown up as a statement piece, or paired with another seascape in complementary colors.
