This series of paintings now prints layer color and line to create a multi-dimensional landscape. The transparent blue that moves throughout feels light as it is a transparency. The greens and reds are vibrant and compelling. While the pieces are colorful they do maintain a complexity due to the layering of line and texture. I am an abstract painter holding close to color theory principles with many indelible experiences woven throughout. Creativity has room to prosper in my studio with its wood-stained factory floors and dusty-light infused space, providing a departure in which to throw paint and remain focused on the work at hand. My paintings have been featured on the ABC show NASHVILLE and included in national art shows as well as private and corporate collections. My work is dynamic -- generating energy, motion and rest while infusing any interior with an organic statement. These pieces can be hung vertical or horizontal.
