I've been allowing myself free gestural exploration of various kinds of brushstrokes as a way to engage more immediately with my emotions.

I hope that the use of space and movement in this work feels like an open invitation to engage with your emotions, to sit with them, and allow them to flow organically, just as the shapes on the page ebb and flow.
