Each oyster dish is a unique, hand crafted work of art. Oyster shells are hand selected based on exceptionality, shape, and color. Gold leaf accentuates the individual characteristics and compliments the natural color of each oyster. A resin coating enhances the inherent luster of each shell as if freshly harvested from the ocean. The protective resin ensures the gleam of the gold leaf does not tarnish over time.

We were inspired in 2014 while visiting the Jungle Gardens of Avery Island, the birthplace of Tabasco, in south Louisiana.
